Detroit Pistons rout Orlando Magic 116-94 in Game 7 to become 15th team in NBA history to comeback from 3-1 series deficit

The Detroit Pistons routed the Orlando Magic 116-94 in Game 7 at Little Caesars Arena on Sunday to become the 15th team in NBA history to comeback from a 3-1 series deficit and secure a berth in the second round for the first time since 2008.
Cade Cunningham powered the Pistons with 32 points and 12 assists, becoming the first player in franchise history to score 30+ points in three straight playoff games and joining Isiah Thomas as the only player with 20+ points and 10+ assists in a Game 7.
Tobias Harris compiled 30 points and nine rebonds, while Jalen Duren added 15 points and 15 rebounds. Following a back and forth first quarter, the Pistons outscored the Magic 40-27 in the second quarter and eventually cruised to a series-clinching victory.
“They pushed us to the limit but we handled business," Cunningham told the media after helping the Pistons advance to the second round for the first time in nearly two decades. Now, Detroit will move onto face the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 1 on Tuesday.
