2026 Rocket Classic returns to Detroit for the eighth and final edition, headlined by 10 PGA Tour major champions

The 2026 Rocket Classic returns for the eighth and final edition of the PGA Tour event at the Detroit Golf Club from July 30-August 2! It's a star-studded field that includes 10 former PGA Tour major champions challenging for the $1.8 million grand prize.

Cameron Young (+1000) enters the tournament as the clear-cut favorite according to FanDuel Sportsbook, followed by Xander Schauffele (+2000), Si Woo Kim (+2000), Wyndham Clark (+2200), Patrick Cantlay (+2500) and Hideki Matsuyama (+3000).

Brooks Koepka (+5000) and Jordan Spieth (+7000) will make their Rocket Classic debuts, while former tournament champions Rickie Fowler (+4000) and Aldrich Potgieter (+7000) will try to become just the second-ever two-time Rocket Classic champion.

Despite it being the final chapter, the 2026 event is expected to be one of the best ever. Not only because of the world-class golfers set to compete, but also due to the $16 million renovation to the Detroit Golf Club that creates for a more challenging course.

"I couldn't be more excited. I'm grateful to the leaders at the Rocket Classic and the PGA Tour," Brad Dalke told the media after he received an invite to play in the Rocket Classic and make his PGA Tour debut in the upcoming tournament. "I am pumped."
