Michigan Wolverines continue to search for answers following the worst start to Big Ten play since 2014

The Michigan Wolverines are searching for answers following a disastrous performance in a 20-14 loss to the Minnesota Golden Gophers, dropping to 3-2 and 0-2 in Big Ten play for the first time since 2014.
With a season-defining game against the Penn State Nittany Lions up next, Michigan must look themselves in the mirror in the aftermath of back to back losses that were largely caused by self-inflicted errors.
"Everybody has to look themselves in the mirror and see what they’re doing wrong. We have to look at the film, own up to your mistakes, and just get better," Michigan wide receiver JJ Buchanan explained.
It’s truly a make or break moment for the Wolverines. Not only is it a turning point for first-year head coach Kyle Whittingham and the coaching staff, it’s also a watershed moment for the program as whole.
"We're staying connected. We all came here for a common goal. Just because stuff doesn't go our way, doesn't mean that we start aborting the mission," Michigan linebacker Troy Bowles told the media.
