New York Knicks pull off largest comeback in NBA Finals history to stun San Antonio Spurs 107-106 in final second

The New York Knicks pulled off the largest comeback in NBA Finals history by erasing a 29-point deficit to stun the San Antonio Spurs 107-106 in Game 4 at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday!

San Antonio held a 106-105 lead in the final seconds after blowing a seemingly insurmountable lead, and OG Anunoby put the Knicks ahead with an unreal game-winning tip-in with 1.2 seconds left.

In addition to the game-sealing bucket, Anunoby had a pivotal block on the previous possession to keep the Knicks alive. Anunoby totaled a playoff career-high 33 points, including the legendary putback.

New York was dead in the water as San Antonio made a record-setting 14 3-pointers in the first half and led 76-49 at halftime, but the Knicks somehow pulled off the most improbable comeback ever.

“We just never gave up,” Anunoby put it simply after the miraculous Game 4 win. Now, the Knicks are just one victory away from capturing the franchise’s third championship and the first in over five decades.
