CBB: Gonzaga starts 2-0 in conference play

The Gonzaga Bulldogs (11-0, 2-0) have started conference play with a pair of wins, taking down San Francisco (85-62) and BYU (86-69) after going 9-0 during their non-conference schedule. Corey Kispert has led the Bulldogs in scoring in each of their last three games, totaling 74 points on a scorching 65.1% shooting from the field and 50% shooting from 3-point range. Jalen Suggs, who missed a couple games with a left ankle injury, scored 16 points, five assists, and five rebounds against the Cougars. Mark Few's team returns to action against Portland (6-4, 0-1) on Saturday, Jan. 9 before returning home to play Pepperdine (4-5, 0-0) on the following Thursday.
