The San Antonio Spurs defeated the Detroit Pistons 114-103 behind star center Victor Wembanyama’s dominating performance with 21 points, 17 rebounds and six blocks at Little Caesars Arena on Monday!
In a battle between two of the NBA’s premier teams, the Spurs proved to be the superior team as guard Devin Vassell scored a game-high 28 points to lead the way to a road win along with Wembanyama.
San Antonio currently sits in second place in the Western Conference with a 41-16 record, while the Pistons remain atop the Eastern Conference standings but dropped to a 42-14 record following the loss.
