The Michigan Wolverines have officially signed one of the nation’s top-rated recruiting classes this offseason, headlined by 5-star freshman guard Brandon McCoy Jr. and 4-star transfer center Moustapha Thiam!

Just a month after winning a national championship, Dusty May’s coaching staff reloaded the new-look roster by acquiring several highly-touted high school recruits and a trio of transfer portal additions.

McCoy is the 14th highest-rated recruit in the country and is headliner of Michigan’s incoming high school class but 4-star forward Quinn Costello and 4-star guard Joseph Hartman are also elite prospects.

Thiam is the 13th ranked transfer in the portal after a great season at Cincinnati, while former Tennessee forward J.P. Estrella and LSU forward Jalen Reed are set to join the defending champions as well.

Michigan held the top-ranked recruiting class in the country before Duke jumped to the top of the rankings in recent days. Duke and Michigan are followed by Kansas, Tennessee, Louisville, Texas and USC.
