The Indiana Pacers shocked the Oklahoma City Thunder 111-110 in the NBA Finals Game 1 as Tyrese Haliburton hit a game-winner in the final second. Oklahoma City led by 15 points in the fourth quarter before Indiana stormed back and stole a thrilling win to take a 1-0 series lead.
Despite struggling for most of the night, Haliburton stepped up when it mattered most, making his fourth game-winning shot of the playoffs. The Pacers committed 25 turnovers but found a way to stay within striking distance before taking their first lead of the game with just 0.3 seconds left.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led all scorers with 38 points but the Thunder went cold in crunch time of the shocking loss. Pascal Siakam scored 19 points and 10 rebounds, while Haliburton had 14 points, 10 rebounds and six assists in the win. Game 2 is set for Sunday in Oklahoma City.
