The Columbus High School Explorers cruised past the Wasatch Academy Tigers 76-62 in the Chipotle Nationals quarterfinals on Thursday at Hamilton Southeastern High School in Indiana! Duke commits 2025 5-star forward Cameron Boozer (game-high 25 points, nine rebounds and seven assists) and 2025 4-star guard Cayden Boozer (24 points and seven rebounds) helped the Explorers clinch a berth in the semifinals for a second straight season.
Before heading off to Duke in the fall, the Boozer twins are hoping to cap off their historic high school careers with a national championship. Columbus High School came up just short last year but have come back even better this season, earning the top seed after winning a fourth straight Florida state title. 2026 5-star forward Caleb Gaskins compiled 10 points and nine rebounds to help fight off Wasatch Academy's comeback attempt as well.
Houston commit 2025 5-star guard Isiah Harwell had 14 points and four rebounds in the final game of his high school career, and 2026 3-star guard Mariano Manciel posted a team-high 16 points in the loss and will head into his senior season with momentum. Columbus High School moved to 28-3 and will take on the Brewster Academy Bobcats in the Chipotle Nationals semifinals on Friday, while Wasatch Academy finished with a 26-5 record.
