NBA: 2020 Hall of Famers selected
The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame announced on Saturday, April 4 that nine players, coaches, and executives will be inducted into the Hall of Fame on Saturday, August 29 in Springfield, Massachusetts. The class consists of the late great Kobe Bryant, Tim Duncan, Kevin Garnett, Rudy Tomjanovich, Tamika Catchings, Mulkey, Eddie Sutton, Patrick Baumann, and Barbara Stevens. Bryant won five championships and one MVP, while being selected to 18 All-Star Games. Duncan also won five championships, two MVP awards, and was a 15-time All-Star. Garnett also had 15 All-Star appearances, one ring, and one league MVP. Tomjanovich won two titles as coach of the Houston Rockets, and Catchings won four gold medals with Team USA.
